By downloading, accessing, or using EVA, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

EVA is a personal communication and location-sharing application that allows users to:

• Share location information
• Share recordings, photographs, and media
• Send notifications to trusted contacts
• Share status updates
• Manage personal communication preferences

EVA is a communication tool and is not a public safety service, emergency dispatch platform, government alert system, law enforcement service, medical service, or fire department.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain account security
• Use EVA lawfully
• Obtain permission before adding trusted contacts
• Not misuse EVA services or communications

TRUSTED CONTACTS

Users represent that they have permission to provide trusted contact information.

Trusted contacts may receive notifications that include:

• User identity
• Location information voluntarily shared by the user
• Shared recordings, photographs, or media
• Status updates
• Links to information shared by the user

Trusted contacts must consent before receiving ongoing SMS notifications and may opt out at any time.

SMS TERMS

By providing a mobile phone number, users consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All EVA software, branding, trademarks, designs, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Nova Conscious.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Conscious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of EVA.

TERMINATION

Nova Conscious may suspend or terminate access to EVA for violations of these Terms.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Nova Conscious may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of EVA constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
