Service Description

EVA is a personal safety application that allows users to:

• Create safety alerts
• Notify trusted contacts
• Share location information
• Record emergency incidents
• Generate emergency notifications

No Emergency Service Guarantee

EVA is not a replacement for:

• 911
• Emergency dispatch services
• Law enforcement
• Medical services
• Fire departments

Users should contact emergency services directly when immediate assistance is required.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain account security
• Use EVA lawfully
• Obtain permission before adding trusted contacts
• Not misuse emergency features

Trusted Contacts

Users represent that they have permission to provide trusted contact information.

Trusted contacts may receive emergency notifications that include:

• User identity
• Location information
• Emergency status
• Incident links
• Safety updates

SMS Terms

By providing a mobile phone number, users consent to receive transactional and emergency-related SMS messages.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All EVA software, branding, trademarks, designs, and content remain the property of Nova Conscious.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Conscious shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of EVA.

Termination

Nova Conscious may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

Nova Conscious may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of EVA constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
